  As a  YOGA teacher on Maui  I have found that everyone is on their own clock. Now through the technology of streaming media you can workout on your time.  Here we bring you to the Island of Maui for Yoga in the privacy of your own home.

  For the price of 1 yoga class we bring you 3 classed per month.  You can choose 1,2 or all 3 as many times as you like during the month. If you want to make a permanent library at your home all our classes are available for purchase on DVD.
